About the application
Community.si Comment Assistant is an internal tool used by Community.si to manage interactions on the official Community.si Facebook Page.
The application connects to the Community.si Facebook Page through the Meta Graph API and Page Webhooks.
Purpose
The application is designed to:
- receive notifications about new comments and relevant Page feed events;
- read comments and related Facebook Page post information;
- process comments for comment management purposes;
- publish replies to user comments on behalf of the Community.si Facebook Page.
User interaction
The application does not provide a separate public user interface. Users interact with Community.si directly through comments on the Community.si Facebook Page.
The application is used only by authorized Community.si personnel for managing Page interactions.
